The irrelevant ‘North Korea’ red herring and whether Bernie Sanders is a Nazi [Video].

Mention one of the biggest socialist bugaboo’s to the nation’s Left, that the abbreviation for Nationalsozialistische [deutsche Arbeiter-Partei] and invariably one will pipe up with the irrelevant ‘North Korea’ red herring. This is their futile attempt at distracting from a very damaging fact to the Left, that those people were a socialist workers' party.

Not only does this, place them all in the same ideological realm, but it also eviscerates one of the Left’s biggest historical lies – that a socialist workers' party is somehow supposed to be on the right. Communists and Socialists like to disavow their ideological brethren as somehow being further ‘right’ than they are and thus ‘Right’ wing. They play this little game with a bit of ideological relativism in the same manner as someone situated in Meeker Park or Boulder could consider that Denver being to the East in a relative sense is thus an ‘Eastern’ city.

In many ways it is sad and unfortunate for the nation’s socialist Left that the best they’ve been able to muster over the years has been that pathetic irrelevancy that fails to prove anything other than Leftist love to cherry pick data to yield the best results for their propaganda efforts. The fact is one can easily cite many a country name that is a true reflection of their national character such as:

The Principality of Andorra, Australia, Barbados, Belize, Canada, The Cook Islands, The State of Eritrea, Hungary, The State of Israel, Japan, The State of Kuwait, Malaysia, The Principality of Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, New Zealand, Independent State of Papua New Guinea, The State of Qatar, Romania, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, The Independent State of Samoa, Solomon Islands, The Swiss Confederation, Tokelau, Tuvalu, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,The United States of America.
But that is conveniently ignored by those trying to distract from the fact that the Nazis were a Socialist Workers' Party.

But this brings us to this video from the fine people at Turning Point USA asking college students Is Bernie Sanders a Nazi?

In essence, those students didn’t know the meaning of a common abbreviation from history and didn’t realize that they are all part of one big socialist family. But that is to be expected given the woeful state of education these days and that no one on the nation’s socialist Left has been able to come up with a better retort than referring to irrelevant factoids selectively plucked from the ether.
